2. Summary
Life Timers Habit Tracker is a timer and session-tracking app. Timer presets and completion records are stored on your device and, when available, sync through your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. There is no separate Life Timers account.
We do not sell your personal data or use third-party advertising SDKs. Optional Health access can write a lightweight workout session and read heart rate during active sessions. You control this access in Apple permissions.
3. Information the app processes
Timer data
The app stores timer names, durations, directions, interval settings, display preferences and completion timestamps using SwiftData. When iCloud is available, this may sync to your private CloudKit database. It is used only to provide core app functionality.
Health information
With permission, the app may read workout and heart-rate data and write workout sessions. We do not sell, advertise with, or store your health information on our own servers. Health data remains managed by Apple Health.
Notifications
Local timer and interval notifications are generated on device. They are not used for advertising analytics.
4. Information we do not intentionally collect
The app is not designed to collect contacts, photos or precise location, perform cross-app advertising tracking, or require an email account for core features. If you email support, we use your address and message only to respond.
5. Legal bases
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, processing relies on performance of the app service, legitimate interests in security and support, and your consent for optional HealthKit and notification permissions.
6. Retention and deletion
On-device information remains until you delete it or remove the app, subject to Apple backups. CloudKit and Health information follow your iCloud and Apple Health settings. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations.
7. Children and international transfers
The app is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age in their jurisdiction. Apple may process iCloud data internationally under its policies and applicable transfer mechanisms.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing. Much of your information can be managed directly by deleting app history, changing iCloud sync, or revoking Health access. Contact us to exercise rights with Rocket Data. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California’s CPRA.
9. Security and medical disclaimer
We rely on Apple platform security, device encryption, HealthKit permission controls and iCloud security. No storage method is completely secure.
Life Timers Habit Tracker is a wellness and productivity app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the revised version at this URL with an updated date. This policy supplements Apple’s App Store terms and Apple’s own data processing.
